高壓灌注補強Epoxy施工步驟
(一)表面處理:
將須補強部份之表面粉刷層(PC層)全部剃除,並以空壓機將表面粉塵清除乾淨。
(二)鋼板裁切及鑽孔:
按設計裁切鋼板並於鋼板上鑽出灌注孔,出氣孔及固定孔。鑽孔位置及數量可依實際需要而定。
(三)鋼板安裝固定:
視狀況需要以金屬安卡或化學錨栓將鋼板固定於正確位置。
(四)安裝灌注孔、出氣孔及固定孔:
a.以膏狀之環氧樹脂封塞劑塗抹於預留之灌注孔及出氣孔四周,封塞並使之固定。
b.化錨固定孔及鋼板四周以膏狀封塞劑封塞四周使之密封,以防止Epoxy灌注時滲漏。
(五)高壓低速灌注Epoxy:
a.可採用氣動Pump將混合好之Epoxy以高壓低速之方式灌入,待Epoxy從另一灌注孔溢出時,即停丄灌注作,封塞灌注孔並
移置下一孔並重複上述之步驟。
(六)去除灌注頭及出氣頭:
待鋼板內部之Epoxy硬化後,即可去除灌注頭及出氣頭。
(七)鋼板表面處理:
將鋼板表面之鐵鏽去除後,可以紅丹漆噴塗於鋼板表面做為防鏽處理,或視需要塗抹樹脂砂漿或以其它工法及材料施作,
以利後續作業,如磁磚貼覆…等。

說 明：CF-2311灌注補強環氧樹脂，是一種低黏度之兩液型微黃透明灌注修補材，經由高低壓注入結構裂縫使
建築物再生。
Description：CF-2311 Epoxy Resin for Injection and Crack Reinforcement is a transparent, two component,
low viscosity and light yellow injection repairing material. It is applied by high and low pressure
injecting to cracks of structure to renew the building.
特 性：1.低黏度，能滲透結構物恢復原有之整體性。
2.防止鋼筋混凝土縫繼續裂化及腐蝕。
3.優異接著性與耐久性。
4.極佳抗壓、抗彎、抗拉強度。
Advantage： 1. Low viscosity and it can permeate structure to keep original structure.
2. Avoid being cracking and corrosive of reinforced concrete.
3. Superior adhesive and durability.
4. Excellent compressive strength, flexural strength and tensile strength.
施 工 法 ：1.先觀察龜裂狀況。
2.決定注入位置。
3.施工前處理。
4.安裝注射針頭，以Epoxy封塞劑固定。
5.將裂縫以Epoxy封塞劑填塞，硬化後即可注入環氧樹脂。
6.待注入環氧樹脂硬化後，除去針頭，然後表面修飾即可。
Instruction for use：1. Observe cracking situation first.
2. Determinate the injection position.
3. Preparation before construction.
4. Install the syringe needles on the port and sealing it by Epoxy sealant joint.
5. Caulking Epoxy putty into cracks and inject Epoxy resin after it is fully curing.
6. After injection material is fully curing, remove syringe needle and modify surface.

材 料 配 比：主劑2：硬化劑1(重量比)。
Mixing Ratio ： Main：Hardener=2：1(wt/wt%)
